Lace Ornaments & Houses
Choose one of OESD’s many lace collections and make free standing lace (FSL). You can use the monthly 2020 Holiday collection, a specialty project, a house etc.; it just needs to be FSL.
Supplies needed can be found with your collection instructions but you will most likely be using Aqua Mesh and Badgemaster and a hoop to match your design size. Bobbins will need to be filled with the same thread as you will use for stitching the design. Many of the designs in the collections also need a piece or pieces of fabric that will likely be backed with cut away Stabilstick stabilizer (see your instructions).
Also needed will be double curved scissors, glue stick and tear away tape. Needle size is usually 75 or 80 embroidery.
