Join us in our Coeur d'Alene location and learn new techniques with your Bernina Embroidery software. In class you will watch the software video and then do the lesson hands-on with the help of Sherry! Please bring a Laptop with Bernina Embroidery Software 8 (installed) and all your questions.

Make a beautiful crazy quilt completely by machine. This is a great chance to use all those wonderful built-in stitches on your machine to embellish and quilt your blocks in one step. Each block is quilted individually then joined together with a special sashing technique. This is a great technique for quilting larger quilts in smaller, manageable sections. Choose the project size that is right for you: large quilt, lap quilt, or a table runner and placemats. You will learn everything you need to complete your quilt during two class sessions.

Edge to Edge quilting in the Hoop. June 26. @ 10-12pm Supplies- Amelie Scott Designs Edge to Edge Quilting in the Hoop pattern. This is a great way to quilt your own smaller projects. All you need is your Embroidery machine and the pattern. Take this class and see how it?s done.

Create a 2-sided garden flag using your favorite design. Learn how to measure, cut, center design and finish a personal garden flag to brighten your yard or patio. Depending on design, the project can be completed during class. We have limited space for some students in our classroom. Join a BERNINA Expert as we reveal the mysteries of the overlocker as you exlore the wide variety of stitches and techniques an overlocker can do. You will get hands-on time with the new BERNINA Air-threading Overlockers as you create a mystery project! *If you already own a Bernina L890, we will host a special class for you to do this project! Want to make a quilt, but don't know how to get started? Learn all the tips and techniques as you make a nine block sampler. Advance through all the steps needed to create your own quilt, beginning with fabric selection and rotary cutting, all the way through to borders, batting, and binding. This is a great class for beginners, those looking to improve their basic skills, and those who want personal instruction. ***No supply list prior to class. During the first class we will discuss supplies and a list is included in your handout. Students just need to bring note taking supplies to the first class. Sewing supplies and machines are needed for all remaining classes. Class 1: Supplies & Cutting Instruction Class 2: Blocks Class 3: Blocks Class 4: Blocks & Sashing Class 5: Discussion of Borders, Batting & Quilting. Students make a small binding sample to have for future use.
