This bag gives you the basics on how to create any size bag you desire. All are welcome (15-90 years young). This is the second in a 3-series of classes. You can join at anytime.

Learn all about your Embroidery Machine. Designs, thread, stabilizers, how to load and stitch designs. We carry all the supplies, so whatever you don't have can be purchased before class. **This class is provided at no additional charge to those that purchased their machine from Becky's Sewing Center. (We gladly adopt the Bear Paw customers at no additional charge.) If you purchase from a different dealer you are welcome to sign-up and pay the $30 charge for the 2-hour class.

This class covers more advanced embroidery. Multi-hooping, endless embroidery and answering any questions and problems you may have. **This class is provided at no additional charge to those that purchased their machine from Becky's Sewing Center. In class you will watch the software video and then do the lesson hands-on with the help of Sherry! Please bring a Laptop with Bernina Embroidery Software v9 (installed) and all your questions.

Greater Spokane Area Shop Hop- "Sewing Stars" April 18-20, 2023

This large block quilt has three layout options that will highlight your favorite layer cake or print fabrics. Each over-sized block is quilted individually then joined together with a special sashing technique. This is a great way to quilt larger quilts in smaller, manageable sections. You will learn everything you need to complete your quilt during two class sessions. Includes pattern.

Want to make a quilt, but don't know how to get started? Learn all the tips and techniques as you make a nine block sampler. Advance through all the steps needed to create your own quilt, beginning with fabric selection and rotary cutting, all the way through to borders, batting, and binding. This is a great class for beginners, those looking to improve their basic skills, and those who want personal instruction. ***No supply list prior to class. During the first class we will discuss supplies and a list is included in your handout. Students just need to bring note taking supplies to the first class. Sewing supplies and machines are needed for all remaining classes. Class 1: Supplies & Cutting Instruction Class 2: Blocks Class 3: Blocks Class 4: Blocks & Sashing Class 5: Discussion of Borders, Batting & Quilting. Students make a small binding sample to have for future use.
